Excellent surgery. Today I received prompt call backs, was given an appointment, seen on time and had my ailment treated by wonderful, welcoming, professional staff. I’ve been a patient here for 25 years & have nothing but admiration for the work done by this team, in challenging circumstances.
Have been waiting 6 days for a call back from the doctor in relation to my son,,eventually had a call from a nurse practitioner last Friday who it seemed obvious to me couldn't deal with issue. Was then told very quickly I would get a call from Dr Evans yesterday and she just hung up the phone. And to state the obvious I never got a call back yesterday. I will be putting a complaint in as I will not accept this poir service from this practice,who's job is to look after the community
Been trying to get to the bottom of a medical issue since covid but have just been fobbed off with telephone appointments only from dunsville medical centre am now looking to move doctors
Very bad service had so many different issues.. Sending my medication to wrong place Tried changing to my right address 6 times in counting very frustrating when you want it sorted. Only took 2 years to make it right. Keep getting "Phone calls" back from doctor when there's no miss calls and keep asking reception for a call back again and again and again but still never an answer back which results calling again the day after.
