I was bit scared to make a call after reading all bad reviews. But I had very understanding receptionists and sweet Doctor speaking to me over the phone. Everything got sorted out.
I gave this practice 1 star based upon many recent interactions. It is such a massive shame that this Dr has gone down hill as it was always excellent and the Doctors themselves are brilliant as are the nurse practitioners. But the reception staff are awful. Gemma who I cannot believe is team leader according to the website is one of the most rude people I have come across. When I asked her to stop being rude to me she did not say sorry etc she just said well this is how I speak. Well it hink if this is how she interacts wit... read more

Excellent surgery. Today I received prompt call backs, was given an appointment, seen on time and had my ailment treated by wonderful, welcoming, professional staff. I’ve been a patient here for 25 years & have nothing but admiration for the work done by this team, in challenging circumstances.
Have been waiting 6 days for a call back from the doctor in relation to my son,,eventually had a call from a nurse practitioner last Friday who it seemed obvious to me couldn't deal with issue. Was then told very quickly I would get a call from Dr Evans yesterday and she just hung up the phone. And to state the obvious I never got a call back yesterday. I will be putting a complaint in as I will not accept this poir service from this practice,who's job is to look after the community
