I've had great experiences with the people who work here, they are truly amazing and caring. The problem is their systems. For acupuncture, they take on more clients than they can ethically handle. They will not let you book your next appointment at the end of your last visit - you have to call the last Monday of each month when they open to try to get a spot. I did as they instructed and the first available appointment is TWO months from now. Which will mean the soonest I can get in is THREE full months from my first appoin... read more
Dr. Berliner is the best. She listens to everything I ask. She remembers me. Most doctors just shut us out. I thank you. Also, the whole staff is wonderful. Always smiling and so sweet. Everyone that comes in I see they treat us like human beings.
All I can say is wow! I went in feeling a bit discouraged after struggling to find a primary care provider, but Provider Susan Berliner was absolutely amazing. She was not only caring and compassionate, but also made me feel genuinely heard. She was realistic and thoughtful about my care plan, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. The Medical Team including the ladies at front desk, have come together , and run this clinic very well. My daily life is now much better, since first seeing my new primary , under his care and his referrals. I am in much better shape. Thank you all,
