All I can say is wow! I went in feeling a bit discouraged after struggling to find a primary care provider, but Provider Susan Berliner was absolutely amazing. She was not only caring and compassionate, but also made me feel genuinely heard. She was realistic and thoughtful about my care plan, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. The Medical Team including the ladies at front desk, have come together , and run this clinic very well. My daily life is now much better, since first seeing my new primary , under his care and his referrals. I am in much better shape. Thank you all,
2022 UPDATE: still rude, combative/passive aggressive/purposely vague/won't answer questions directly about how to get services or even prescriptions filled. Horrible company. Original Post: Unprofessional, discourteous front office (ashley IIRC). Look elsewhere for caring, professional service.
