I have not met Sal (the owner) of DunRite Windows and Doors but I have met several of his outstanding employees. I need to give a shout out to Mike Nyberg, Michael Nyberg, (installers), Tony Thomas (sales), and Frankie (the stucco guy). This team provided excellent service from start to finish, they were prompt, courteous, informative, professional, and executed the install exactly as promised. Every individual that I had the pleasure of dealing with was a true craftsman and top quality human being. DunRite has great people and a great product.
We have been wanting to get 7 windows and 1 patio door replaced for quite some time. We met with several sales people across 4-5 months and finally landed on DunRite Windows & Doors for the job. While they were not the lowest in price, and certainly not the highest, their customer experience throughout the process was overall positive and ultimately what won us over. Failed to launch. Dunrite was one company that I sought out for quote to replace my front double door. I was getting to a point where their reviews and quote were putting them as the front runner. I indicated to their sales rep Tony that I wanted to see samples of the glass options I could use as well as door hardware options - he indicated both would be available in the showroom. Experience has been generally seamless from the salesperson to the window installer to the stucco guy. Not quite finished with the project, due to a damaged window. All the staff have been courteous, professional, continuously asking me if I'm satisfied, which I really don't have anything to complain about regarding DunRite. Not Fun rite's fault, but I found out Milgard windows are hard to clean, although DunRite is trying to rectify the issue.
