I just watched a vehicle with this companies logo and name almost initiate 2 separate collisions due to careless and reckless driving by the driver. I’m not surprised this company has a 2 star rating if this is indicative of the personnel they hire.
THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE DON,T EVEN THINK OF SPENDING A DIME WITH THEM THEY RUINED A WHOLE QUIET NEIGBORHOOD AND MADE IT SO BUSY.
Although we had started off with a bad experience when it came to build quality and small defects throughout a newly purchased preconstruction property, I would take all the negative reviews you see on here lightly. What really made up for the good service was Dunpar's Service Team. Thank you for taking the time to address the issues, coming back to fix them, and taking accountability. Patience, understanding, and communication is key.
The worst day of my life was the day I booked a house with dunpar builders. Since then all I have been gonig through is financial hardship. The houses are sold for over 1.5 million dollars yet their quality is garbage. The vents are garbage, the ceiling is falling apart due to water damage and the dishwasher isnt working. This is within 2 years of occupancy. I am so frustrated and I would never ever recommend this builder to anyone.
