Last positive review was from 4 years ago so unfortunately this isn’t a builder you should trust with your hard earned money. I have nothing against my day to day contacts doing their job but when you’ve been in occupancy for 7+ months ( shelling out $6k+/month). Have damage that still isn’t fixed since day 1 and have stipulations against renting or selling, it’s not just worth the hassle. Save your money and sanity.
