After placing a call this morning at like 9:30am, i took the chance and went over to dunn sport to have my rims look at . There was a nasty gash on the edge of one of the wheel. Upon reaching the location a guy walk up introduce himself as mills ,he then direct me where to park and after identifying the issue began to work. I waited for less than an hour and like brand new the rim came out and was installed back on to my vehicle. I was very pleased with the job and the time it took to get done. Take my sincere advice and stay clear of this establishment. They have an unprofessional way about doing business. Mr. Dunn should be done! He has dishonest people working with him. They overprice customers for parts and labor and refuse to make good when something goes awry!, especially if you are a female who has no knowledge of automobiles. I will say it again, I have had 2 very poor experiences with them. Save your time and money and simple keep driving. Thank me in the ethers, I just saved you and your vehicle!
