I'm shocked that I never wrote this review before since we have been with and treated so kindly by Dunn's for over 30 years. This repair shop is special. The service and consideration are always above and beyond and the quality of the work exceptional. Highly recommend. I just had my car serviced and I'm very happy with the work and price. Very friendly and honest.
I have now used Dunn's twice, and I don't think I'll be coming back. Most recently I brought my car in for a starter. It was clearly the starter, not a battery issue. I was billed for diagnosis time and they tried to get me to purchase a battery, which was not needed at all. They were just hoping I didn't know anything about cars. The total bill to replace a starter, which we all knew what the issue was from the beginning, was $405. And you know they were mad I didn't buy the battery and have them install it.
