Very courteous and came after hours to assist in our situation.
This was a HVAC maintenance. Perry did the particulars that are needed for checking the plumbing performance of the system. That was it. I had another HVAC maintenance contract prior to this one. It was better. Discussed this with Tara.
Fast and professional, I was pleased with the service and no hidden fees, straight price from the get go. Technician was friendly and respectful.
Nick was amazing. He came out and performed my leak detection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I didnt not like that the company wanted to charge $380 to replace the $11 fill line in my toilet. That's a $300 uncharted and quite ridiculous. A job that would take less than 10 minutes to complete. A charge that would have been on top of the $49 leak detection with a totals cost of service being $429 which is completely absurd. Again Nick was great!
