Dunn's Florist did the flowers for my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They weren't the absolute cheapest option, but they went above-and-beyond, clearly understanding the look I was going for, and delivering a GORGEOUS final result. Stacy and Beth were a delight to work with, and the customer service was outstanding at every step. I could tell they were invested in helping make my event a success, and they did--everyone raved about the flowers.
Although the staff was kind, the arrangement I paid more than $55.00 for was NOT worth the money! It was MUCH smaller than the description, colors were completely opposite of the description and only consisted of 3 flowers. Although they explain the substitution policy, they also state they do their best to match the description as closely as possible???
