I’m writing this review based on the experience of someone close to me who has been under this doctor’s care for the past three years. Unfortunately, the quality of care has been consistently poor and frustrating. Communication is one of the biggest problems. The doctor is nearly impossible to reach through the “My Doctor” app. Messages are typically answered by her assistants, who often give vague or unhelpful replies and don’t seem informed about the patient’s case. Dr. Adalumo is a caring doctor. She listens to your problems and will provide her expertise advice. I enjoy visits with Dr. Adalumo. She is down to earth and will listen to any problems you would like to discuss. She also checks on you and how you're doing. This is the most personable a doctor has been in a long time. There is always quite a wait at the DR office so, don't expect to be in/out. I always anticipate a long wait time so I plan accordingly.
Dr. Adalumo really cares about her patients, not only on the physical, but mentally as well. I have been with her for years and I’m happy she knows what I need in all my medical aspects.
