Our daughter purchased a dishwasher from Dunnetts approximately 1 1/2 years ago. Before the the first year was up, it stopped draining. Extended service contract and no one came out. November of 2009 same thing happened. Called and visited Dunnetts, claimed it was the contract company but "they would take care of it". Sent service person in December and the pump had failed and had to order one. Arrived today and replaced the pump, "tested it and works fine". Well our daughter just washed used it and it still will not drain. ... read more
