Dave responded in a timely manner, and was able to fix your fridge remotely because we live far yet offered to come fix it over the weekend if needed. Dave was very patient and very knowledgeable as to what the problem was. The price was right! We now have found our appliance repair Co.

Dave repaired a Dacor Double Oven top door that needed all new hinges. 6 months after the repair, the hinges on the right side started sagging. Dave refused to come out without me paying him as he said Dacor wouldn't cover his cost. Poor customer service, (took 2 weeks to get a call back), as well as an inability to stand behind his repair as well as the manufacturers product. Why a 2 and not a 1? Because he was prompt in the initial repair. 6 months seems like a reasonable time to get a repair done under warranty.
