Just left their office, sitting in the parking lot. Think about "that's the BEST DMV staff in NC".
I was treated very rudely yesterday by the lady at the first booth, not the one in the window. I do not know what her name is. We had a death in the family. I was trying to get something tended to in regards to their vehicles. The lady would not let me explain the situation she kept cutting me off and she finally told me to just go to a different window that I was holding up the line. She was very unprofessional
This place is very small and there is not a great amount of parking there. I walked in and stood for at least 5 minutes and no one helped or asked if they could help us.
