RecommendedWent to get a valve stem replaced and had limited funds at the end of the month...They did the job and the charge was ZERO. Comfortable waiting area and great customer service!!! Going back when it is time for new tires.
Made an appointment for a front end alignment. Was told upon arrival that I needed new tires, rear struts, and alignment and it was over $600. That price was without tires. I also just had my tires replaced last month. My mechanic told me all I needed was an alignment. So, I finished there at Dunn tire and went to my mechanic and he looked over my car again and said it was all fine. Also, Allison told me that my tires where going to blow up! Total waste of my time.
Naa I don't think so.I no more than walked threw the door with my brand new car that had 900 miles on it to have my tyres rotated .about 10 minutes later I'm told I need a new battery ,tyre stems,alignment,new lug nuts.All they could supply.I contacted the chevy dealer and a double check by them found absolutely nothing wrong with my new car.
I can't understand how somone that represents a company can when they have such a rude condisending nasty attitude with there customers,Carlos was such a jerk I wanted to slap that mean nasty look off his face,when he snaped at me for just asking a tire question.I ended up going to another tire store,as I suggest you do unless you don't have a problem being belittled and treated like a second class citizen,or something you stepped in next to a dog kennel.I would avoid like the pleg.
Good company in Olean as long as you don't get the arrogant black guy waiting on you!
