I called ahead to schedule an appointment for a tire mount during a weekday, and was annoyed at how long the service took to complete, while walk-ins seemed to get completed sooner. Worst customer service ever. Purchased 40000 mile tires back in Oct 2016. Have been getting tire rotations every 5000 miles. Brought my car there yesterday and they told me that they recommend that i replace my tires soon. Are they nuts!? I haven't even put 17000 miles on these tires. They also told me the tires I got weren't great tires, although those are the ones THEY recommended that I get. They mounted the wrong size tire I wanted then couldn't mount the size Goodyear tire I originally bought .Had to settle for a brand I didn't want .And while mounting and dismounting my original equipment polished aluminum rims they scratched each one.Have pics which I couldn't post. So if you have a car that's more than just basic transportation for you, I'd think twice

Everyone was friendly and helpful. While waiting for my car, I read the paper, had a cup of coffee and a bottle of water. The waiting area was clean and neat. The best part of my morning was that my car was ready in less than an hour. I will go back to Dunn anytime.
