Worst treatment I have ever received from a company. The staff member evaluating my car, though he is supposedly state certified, was proved wrong in his evaluation of my window tint, but instead of apologizing, he adamantly refused to pass my car, saying it was a personal judgement call, even after it had passed inspection, at that same facility, every year for the past 3 years, with no changes to the window tint during that time. First, my wife set an appt. They got the car up on the rack. Then they tell us they don't have the tires we had requested at the time of setting the appt - two days earlier. Second, it took them 3 hours to get my new set of tires on the car - saying lugs were frozen. i believe them, but 3 hours? No apologies for making my wife waste 2 hours of her morning. While there, I heard two other customers complaining - one ranting about similar issues we had. Loss of three customers in one morning.
We went here to purchase 4 all season tires for our Camary. Initially, they sold us on a brand that had a $70 rebate. After leaving the car for 5 hours, they called and said they couldn't get the tires until the next day. To make a long story short. The tires we finally got had no rebate but the technician gave us his discount of $50. They also up-sold us a wheel alignment of $80 The next day, the hubcap fell off. It's safe to say we are done with dunn.
Made an appointment for a front end alignment. Was told upon arrival that I needed new tires, rear struts, and alignment and it was over $600. That price was without tires. I also just had my tires replaced last month. My mechanic told me all I needed was an alignment. So, I finished there at Dunn tire and went to my mechanic and he looked over my car again and said it was all fine. Also, Allison told me that my tires where going to blow up! Total waste of my time.
Naa I don't think so.I no more than walked threw the door with my brand new car that had 900 miles on it to have my tyres rotated .about 10 minutes later I'm told I need a new battery ,tyre stems,alignment,new lug nuts.All they could supply.I contacted the chevy dealer and a double check by them found absolutely nothing wrong with my new car.
Got my car inspected there 1/22/14. Car was 2005 Chevy Aveo. My horn did not work so i expected to have to replace that to pass inspection since it is required and maybe other repairs. Surprised me totally and my car was passed. Tried the horn - still didnt work. Oh well, thought I just got lucky. Cut to this January. Apparently, the car was inspected but they never put a new inspection ticket on it. So, I have been driving around for a year with an out of date inspection. These guys didn't address the problem that I brought the car in for. After being double charged for a 79.99 service, and finding the error myself, I took the "repaired and newly inspected" car home. The complaint was not addressed and when I took back first thing the next morning, they try to charge me$300 additional. The managers have no customer service s skills and the mechanics are poorly trained and seem to have MINIMAL knowledge... employees here are very unprofessional and like to give you the run around, had several problems with new tires going flat, after spending 800 dollars the very next day I had to go out in the cold and pump the air in tires, this continued for 1 week as they could not find the problem, everyday with something different a stem problem a rim problem, anything besides telling me it was their fault! after the 10th time coming in they said that it was a stem problem and they were sorry and would have it fixed, but they couldn't te... read more
