Worst treatment I have ever received from a company. The staff member evaluating my car, though he is supposedly state certified, was proved wrong in his evaluation of my window tint, but instead of apologizing, he adamantly refused to pass my car, saying it was a personal judgement call, even after it had passed inspection, at that same facility, every year for the past 3 years, with no changes to the window tint during that time.
