I spent 800.00 on new tires and had to go back 4 times for leak in valve stem. The final time I went there, the large man with a green piece of plastic embedded in his face told me he can have clean the tire and put air in it again?? I explained this was my 4th time there for the leak and putting air wasn't going to help it. An hour and a half later he advised me that they reconstructed the valve stem. Called dunn tire to make an appointment, I thought i was calling the store but apparently they have some type of centralized call center. The woman at the call center ( customer service ) told me i didn't need an appointment and that i could just walk in. After arriving at the store and told the what i needed done, they promptly asked if I had an appointment. ( Really, are you f...ing jokeing). Just left Dunn tire,very pleased with the service,excellent customer service.Pete was great.Had two tires with screws in them,and Pete didn't charge me.I will definately return for new tires !!!!!!Thank you very much Pete and co-worker,you just made the company more business,I will refer you to everyone I know !!!!!!!!!!!!Lori Martinez

The worst tire dealer EVER! First time there they used an impact wrench to install the tires (even though I ensured it said on the work order to HAND TORQUE the lug nuts) and it took 4 hours longer than they said it would take. I decided to give them one more try (yes, I know, that was dumb) for a quick tire repair. They said it would take 1/2 hour and it took over 3. And again with the impact wrench!
