Thursday June 28, 2018. I called the Walden Ave Lancaster store at 3:48 p.m and asked if they plugged tires still? The employee on the phone said they don't but, they patch holes. I asked when the best time would be to get it done. He said if ya bring it in now we can have it done before 6p.m today. I dropped it off at 4 p.m and left for home. 5:55 p.m and no call. Service stinks..tell you car will be done by a certain time..3 hours after that time still not done and no phone call to let you know
Best service everrrrrrrrr! Usually I want to shank myself when it comes to getting car repairs but I had oh so much fun spending quality time with the workers at this place. If I could, I would give Mattypatty at the front desk 69 stars.
Woke up Sunday had oil changed Friday didn't use Saturday leaking oil
Woke up to a leaky tire. Went to Walden location. I was told they had to order my tire, and it would be in between 1 & 2pm. Well, it's 3:15, no tire, they close at 4, so I'm screwed.
Thank you so very much for squeezing me in 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday!!!! Manager was very nice! Will definitely come back again and refer friends! Thanks again!
TERRIBLE SERVICE NOT INFORMATIVE AT ALL. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
