Made appointment. Upon arrival I wasn't in the system. Was sent away.
I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email, had an appointment at 8 am on Saturday for an oil change and inspection. I arrive for my appointment and am told they don’t have the appointment on their end. I show them the confirmation email I received, they said the confirmation came from corporate but corporate never sent it to them.
