Avoid them at all costs. I just got my car back from my trusted mechanic where he topped off my coolant 12 hours earlier. I drove my car home and then to the Dunn tire the next day. Maybe 6miles. They told me my coolant level was low and showed me a picture told me I had to fix it right away. I knew this was incorrect. They tried to get me to buy additional services. Very friendly service , I felt like they explained everything appropriately . They also offered to get me a complimentary uber which was very much appreciated . Can only recommend !
I was happy to see service agent Mercedes today. She greeted us in a very friendly manner. The Dunn gang kept me informed of my oil change and tire rotation with their 25-step check during the service. The service tech, Jon Szymanski, even sent pics of the items checked including the battery , brake pads & rotor conditions, etc on the check.
