Made an appt for a service they said they could complete only to find out 5 days later they couldn't complete the job all the while they had my 2 tires just sitting in there store, it took me the customer to call more than once to find out what the heck was going on, I even signed a work order yet they claim they dont offer that service unless your tires are bought only from them. Liars from the start, never would I recommend them, go elsewhere!
I will not be back to this Dunn Tire, one person ahead of me, if it was going to be 1:45+ to get a tire fixed because of a screw, you should have notified me from the start! After 45 minutes I seen my car get pulled in and then 30 minutes later, still nothing, find out mine hasn’t been touched yet, another 30 minutes and still sitting there
