I spent 800.00 on new tires and had to go back 4 times for leak in valve stem. The final time I went there, the large man with a green piece of plastic embedded in his face told me he can have clean the tire and put air in it again?? I explained this was my 4th time there for the leak and putting air wasn't going to help it. An hour and a half later he advised me that they reconstructed the valve stem. Called dunn tire to make an appointment, I thought i was calling the store but apparently they have some type of centralized call center. The woman at the call center ( customer service ) told me i didn't need an appointment and that i could just walk in.
