I had my appointment at Dunn Batavia to change over my seasonal tires on Friday, March 22. The store manager Craig S. Met me at the door at 8am sharp with a very welcoming "good morning". During our wait Craig told us we had a bad tire with a bulge on the side. He took the time to explain the cost of a new tire and took the time to look up our tires purchase date.
