I Grew up in this live entertainment area … great place for everyone
There is a lack of communication between the staff whom are not aligned on certain details, such as entrance requirements. The facilities also lack care and safety.
First time coming here worst experience ever. I came at 9:30 to get my pool id cards, they locked the cards in someone office, didn't have an key. The lady wouldn't answer her phone(her off day). So I was told to just give my information and the pool opens at 12pm. I get to the pool at 1pm and they're not even open. They didn't have an security guard at the back. It's now 2pm and pool close at 5. This is ridiculous.
Only visit a few times over the years
The recreation center is dirty and the staff is sitting around on their phones.
