I thought I was just going to go in and see what they had for deck stuff - was I wrong. They had a fantastic display and Garry was super helpful. He helped us figure out a number of things and has me excited about building our deck.
A wooden part of our son's IKEA couch broke. The size is nonstandard, impossible to find a replacement. Kevin took the broken piece home and produced a copy overnight! Charged me $0. See photo. Some seriously good folks work at Kirkland's Dunn Lumber.
The greeter, I am unsure of her name, is SO much more than that. An incredibly warm welcome, asked me what I needed so she could point me to my direction, and ... a problem solver. Two other employees, while kind, asked if I needed help after crossing the threshold, then discouraged me from trying what I was specifically asking for help with. I went in looking for some assistance sourcing a part for building a pergola with some non-standard angles involved. I was assisted by Kody, and while he wasn't able to find the part, he went above and beyond to reach out to the supplier/manufacturer to see if one could be custom ordered, and followed up with me in a professional and timely manner.
