Tom **** and his family were friends of ours though the gym we all go to. We hired Dunn because he suggested that he could save us money, $15,000. I met with him and he went over all the savings he could make, it sounded like a great situation. He is a great sales person. He knows all the right things to say to pull you in. Worst experience ever! A pool, pool house, spa and landscaping was suppose to take 6 months and took 3 years with us terminating this company in April 2018. In May 2018 when we tried to open our new pool it would not hold water due to the pipes being cracked under both sides of our flagstone patio surrounding the pool. We had to have the entire sides of the patio jack hammered out to fix the pipes. The Stone Scapes finish on the interior of the pool is a complete disaster and has to be completely redone which costs anywhere... read more
