Customer services is lacking professionalism although the doctors are gentle and delicate.
I haven't been there yet.
Need to be more prompt in getting patient's refills sent to pharmacies. Family member waits days, and even a week sometimes, for prescription refills to be sent to pharmacy, going without needed medications. Pharmacy calls and you have to call and call and call sometimes to get refills sent to pharmacy.
Dr. Rao is great, been going to him for year's , he is very knowledgeable and nice, but unfortunately I have to work for a living and I surely don't want to miss work and lose money to go to the doctor so I have to go to urgent care in Dunn for my medical needs, to bad Dr. Rao isn't there on Fridays and open later, maybe when I retire don't have to work for a living I will start going back to him in 10 years.
