I would leave no stars but the lowest is 1 star . Anyways this company is not very nice to anyone as far as I can tell . I have not been a perfect customer but they already have their ways of making sure they are compensated for late payments with a %age penalty for late fees . If you are disconnected in winter they have the eclec on 1/2 hour and off a 1/2 hour cycle . I got in a car accident in June and was disabled and still cant work .
