Very reasonably priced
Called the office on 1/30/24 with very serious questions for our agent and understand that she was not available for personal reasons however the person answering the phone was so rude and made us as consumers feel like we were doing something wrong by calling to discuss our policy with someone. Shame on you! We pay good money each month and annually with this agency and this with our current issues with the company just puts the icing on the cake. Brian and the staff are always cordial and so nice to work with.
Pretty sad that when you are told that an agent will call you back after lunch, you wait till almost lunch time the next day to call back. Same lady from the day before answers and then tries to make an excuse as to why I wasn't called back. If you're going to run an insurance agency for people who are wanting quotes now and not days later, you should help potential customers. Instead of making excuses and taking on to many potential customers if you don't have enough agents to quote them in a timely manner. Or let them know... read more
