Worst management company ever! If you see Dunn and Company or AFC reality and Management is managing a property you are considering renting, RUN FOR THE HILLS! They are rude and nasty and if I ever meet John Dunn in person we are going to have a little more than a conversation after the way he spoke to my wife . And Stephanie Carerra is the nastiest condescending witch I have ever dealt with . I reported my kitchen sink was not working it took a week to get fixed and that was "Acceptable" according to her ..Pretty unsanitary... read more

Does Not Care!!!!! Worst property management!!!!!!!Don't Use them they are the most inconsiderate property managers you can find!!!. Our swamp cool water heater and windows don't function properly. We have complained over and over again and they refuse to do anything about it. My wife is 8 months pregnant,and can't take this heat it's stressing out our baby and when I told him she can't stand to be in the house I was told by John Dunn "that she should feel lucky cause most people don't have air conditioning".(I bet his wife ... read more
