Was pleasantly impressed with the salesman (Mayur Patel) and team. I went to look and they shocked me by accepting a very reasonable offer I made as a counter offer. I left thinking they won’t accept. But , I got a text after they discussed it and the offer was accepted. Looking forward to a future sale.

Not exactly happy.. Never have Ive been nagged through texts from a salesperson before when looking at a truck. Talking down to me like i was a child. No shit the payments are going to be more when looking at something new. Then questioning me on what im looking at and who from. You had ur chance.. Zero chance ill be buying anything from them just cause of that one salesperson. You can leave your vehicle with these guys knowing that they will not keep you informed about what they are doing with it. You’ll pay $1000 more for a part than necessary and it won’t be OEM. ( my in laws approved the purchase but I regret it) Yes they fixed the problem, so some consolation.
My experience with Dunn Ram was stress free and felt no pressure at all (unlike the dealerships in Winnipeg). Kristi my saleswoman was terrific. Answered all my questions and concerns and was delightful. I felt like I got a fair deal, finally! No pressure tactics. The used vehicle warranty they offered is what brought me to their dealership and I’m glad I did. I will definitely check them out again for my next vehicle. Once again Kristi was fantastic.
