This was difficult to answer. I had a horrible experience with Mason at Dunn's. He was rude, disrespectful, snarky and hung up on me. He was also snarky to the person who dropped my car off for me while I was at work. This is the first time we have ever had a problem and it's the first time we have dealt with Mason. I did call back and talk to the Service Manager and he was great to deal with.
Great dealership with excellent staff and customer service. Ryan in sales is a true professional.
The service advisor listened to my concerns and wrote up the work order. Another advisor assisted me with getting a ride home via the courtesy shuttle, then arranged to pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Going through the work order I was pleased to see that everything discussed with the service advisor had thorough explanations of each completed. Great job gang! I couldn't be more pleased with the service you provided for me.
Friendly staff and appreciated that my car was clean and fresh inside when I picked it up!
