I was informed my $20k residential construction case was too small. They said I would spend more on their services than what I was asking for. I reminded staff that RCW allows for attorney fee compensation and she said, "Only if you win". I took that to mean they don't try that hard bc they get paid no matter what...two stars bc they did call back, but really didn't need to be so dismissive and rude about not wanting my business.
Mike and the team and Dunn & Black have been great to work with! I would recommend them to any small business in need of legal counsel!
