I have had to call Dunn and Associates a few times to inquire about eligibility for our patient/THEIR client, and they are the most rudest, unprofessional group of ladies I have every had to deal with. I cringe when I see that plan name come across my desk because I know I am getting ready to deal with attitudes. They should be ashamed of themselves to represent a company so poorly!

I called Dunn and Associates to pose a few questions regarding explanation of benefits, billing procedures and a needed prescription refill authorization. Cathy answered all of my (many) billing inquiries and seamlessly contacted the vendor to insure my prescription would be manually authorized.This would ensure I didn't miss a dose.
