Been with this dental practice for aleast 10 years plus,waited for opening up after covid,rang several times to get appointments especially for my children with the response that they weren't taking anyone only emergency appointments,it got to a point that one of my childrens orthodontist had to write twice to them to see my child so they could continue with their treatment (only then they were seen) i recently phone to check on myself and got a very rude receptionist telling me that i was nhs several times and theyre not ta... read more
We're lucky to have had Gemma and Karen as our family dentists for the last few years, they've taken great care of us, including some challenging dentistry and young patients in our boys, and we're hopefully going to be with them for the next 20 years
