Tried to set up an appointment, the receptionist was very unprofessional about it and then set me up for an appointment the following day at 9:30 AM. I then got spammed with a bunch of different appointments changes, and then they never even called the next day. Terrible service
I’m really thankful I had Erin Berry representing me during my divorce. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain things clearly so I felt confident moving forward. It’s a stressful process, and having an attorney you can trust makes all the difference. I ended up with a very positive outcome and truly appreciate her guidance and support throughout the process.
Subpar firm, subpar lawyer, subpar service, subpar. Just from my experience. I dare say worked with this firm for 10 months(20k+), they don’t offer financing so make sure you have bank roll. Finance department(Rhonda) is useless. Lawyers(Lauren) just file paper work and do zoom calls from their apartments. Communication is minimal.
