Last week we visited your shop for a set of new tyres on a hilux ute the customer service from Levi was A1 giving us pricing on a variety of tyres & rims & a variety of options, the ordering of the tyres were quick & prompt keeping in contact with us as we tried afew different options, tyres were fitted along with a wheel alignment. Unexpectly I got a flat tyre. My spare was one where I couldn't go over 80kms. I was finding it hard to get a price to replace one tyre anywhere. All wanted to sell me more etc. I walked in here today & explained I just want to purchase 1 tyre & my partner will change it later. I was given a great price on the tyre & purchased it. Then I was told they would change it for me now so I didn't have to worry. My car was bought into the centre & tyre changed. They even pumped up my spare tyre. Called Levi at 7am to see if he could wheel align my car before we left, he was more than happy to help me out, back on the rd by 8am, perfect job at a perfect rate, and a really nice lad.
