Simple puncture required new tyre ! Steve and his team did an amazing job ! Well priced super quick ! Great standard in customer service
If you get caught short with tyre problems in Shepparton, the Dunlop team are amazing. Not only did they fix the dodgy tyre, they checked every other tyre to make sure we were safe to get back on the road. If you are lucky enough to have Craig help you, you are in great hands.
Edit: this original review was from 4 years ago and happy to say we still experience the same excellent service! Customer service and happiness is Shepps #1 priority which I love. Always willing to be efficient as possible and get your car in quickly if it's urgent. My mother in law took her car in and had 3 different sized tyres from another local business so they let her know and fixed it up. Thanks Steve and boys :)
