Genuine, hardworking and very reasonable. My car started making a noise from the rear rotor after hours on a Friday, and they were more than happy to come out (not too far from their workshop), inspect it, and fix the issue on the spot. I had a long trip planned, and they honestly saved me. Highly recommend..
asked the guy at the counter "how are you today?", he says "wrong question".... what a great way to greet a customer! Asked to get a tyre fixed, he tells me to wait cos the tyre guy is in the toilet. Guy at the counter's mate comes in and they're busy chatting away and swearing. After 20 mins I'm still waiting. Walked out and went to Tyrepower. Never going back to Dunlop again.
