If you can get on Dr. Dunlop's schedule, consider yourself lucky, indeed! He is the nicest man! He once said to me, "I'm not the smartest doctor, but I like to educate my patients as much as possible". Well, he's plenty smart, and so very helpful - - gets your missing records in record time & laughs at my inability to pronounce endoscopy correctly, ha! I miss Dr. Dunlop & hear he's in concierge zone? Booked up? Hi Dr. Dunlop!

I have found Dr. Dunlop to be knowledgeable, responsive and caring. In managing a complex situation I also found Dr. Dunlop to be available both by phone and by appointment, he facilitated through MDVIP an out of area specialist evaluation at UCSF for us, and he also was able to explain his reasoning for decisions and involves the patient/family in decision making.

Dr. Dunlop has been my doctor for past 5 years. He is the best physician I have ever had and I've had many over my 61 years. He is truly concerned for my best health. I'm able to talk freely about my thoughts and concerns regarding my health and he listens and responds to what I'm saying. He takes the time in his exams and is very thorough. He believes in looking at every possibility as to what would be best for each circumstance. He and his staff are awesome,efficient and caring!

Dr Dunlop's staff are the rudest staff I have ever encountered. They staff seems to be completely incompetent. As a new patient i was told to come into the office and fill out new patient paperwork, When I arrived the door was locked. A staff member was sitting in the office and loudly talking to a friend on the phone. I knocked on the door and she screamed we are closed at me. Called them back and now they wont see me as a patient, they aren't accepting new patients. DON'T GO HERE.
