We started our journey right at a year ago and went from a 2007 Fleetwood Bounder to a 2018 Open Range. So frustrating. In less than 24 hours we were on the phone with the dealer ( Dunlap RV in Ringgold, Ga.) because the laundry list of issues is crazy not to mention worrisome. Here is the list: Two weak spots in the floor one at each bathroom. Kitchen sink leaks at the drain. Shower track leaks all over the floor. Finally a place to post about my 2017 Open Range TT If you got any warranty issues or problems don't plan on getting help thru Dunlap or Highland Ridge I several issues with it. Replaced every light and water leaks not one service trucks will travel from the choices you have of course I dont blame them 3 hours away talked to everyone from the GM of Dunlap to the Warranty people at Highland Ridge have email to prove it looked it up in Better Busines's Bureau and saw 25 complaints people in arbitration so sad since I bought mi... read more
