Extremely frustrating experience with this law firm. I submitted a good-faith payment/settlement arrangement proposal over 6 months ago and was repeatedly told they were “waiting on a response” from their client. I later discovered the Client had not even been informed of the proposal during that entire time, which makes the communication I received highly questionable. This law firm represents our condominium association that does not represent the homeowners individually or fairly. Their duty is to the association as an entity—even if that means defending decisions or behavior we believe are wrong. That part, by itself, is misconduct through hate speech, targeting, and even allowing this condo association to constantly break laws. I would strongly not recommend them...
I have been dealing with this office for about a year and I have never dealt with anyone like GUS! His customer service is impeccable. He has a high level of emotional intelligence and its refreshing to meet someone like him considering their line of work! Gus you rock!!!
Please do yourself a favor amd hire a competent law firm. This one will drop the ball every time you pay them.
