Been customers there for 20+ years, we won't be back and they know why.
Scammers and crooks. Told me they take davis vision. Then when it came time to pay they told me I don't have a copay anymore that I only get 20% off. Come to find out they really don't take davis vision. They only tell you that so you have to pay a big bill. Manager refuses to except they did anything wrong. I'll go blind before I give them lying crooks any money.
Scheduling girl in the office would not disclose how much my insurance would cover to me and another coworker. Do not support this business. If they have to hide things from you at the start that is a bad omen.
