I just got my haircut from Andrew and left a $14 tip, but I’m disappointed. He seemed to be in a bad mood, and the experience wasn’t as good as usual. I’ve always looked forward to seeing him, but this time, it felt like he’d lost his touch and wasn’t very professional.

The haircut was very nice. They helped me the way I wanted and I looked very good.
I asked for a light trim and specifically said to keep the hair over my ears. He cut above the ears and shaved a year's worth of growth in the back. Ridiculous. I shouldn't have paid him.
