I've been very impressed with the competence and friendliness of Stephanie, owner of Lutz Hearing and Kim, the office manager. They have been super with my husband, as he's a difficult patient in not wearing the aides....MAN thing??? Keep up the good work, ladies.
Very helpful, hearing things I haven't heard in a long time. Answered all of my questions and worked with my insurance.
Been dealing here since the early 90's, Great people, good prices and very honest and reliable. I've tried big names for triple the price but, came back!
The service was excellent and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.A great experience. I will definitely be back.
Was in with my Dad fo a couple of appointments. Michelle, Kim and the others were very helpful and got him fit with the right hearing aid. He is very happy and he can hear better. Big change. Thanks

I think it is their business to know if veterans hearing aids are covered. A... read more
A screw came out of my eyeglasses and I went here to get them fixed. I have had this happen may other places. Most of the time there was no charge or $1 or $2, at most. Toast barged me $10. Basically I was screwed twice.
Top quality product with caring professional service. Now I can hear most everythng I want to hear! Dave
