Ever since Covid hit this practice seems to not care about their patients anymore. When call you get some tech calling you back telling you to take over-the-counter medication so, I just end up going to urgent care and getting taken care of. I’ve been going to Dr. Brophy since 1999 but now it seems like I need a new doctor who cares about me
I am just writing this review now because I forgot to do it year ago. This office seem like to care for the patients over the phone to much. What? A doctor office that don’t have time to see their patients. I was diagnosed over the phone and results read over the phone not even by the doctor. Very very bad. What is wring with doctos in America that want to do what is easy and still be rich?
The best practice I have ever been to. From day one, they were welcoming and caring. The front desk staff is so kind. I have seen both NP Danielle Hudson and Amy Mcginn and I cannot say enough good things. They both listen to my concerns and take time figuring out treatments. I have never felt like I was just another patient which has happened at plenty of practices. I am sooo happy I found them. Everyone who works here is amazing!
