I can’t say enough great things about Dunkirk Family Practice. My entire family goes here, and we always feel truly cared for at every visit. Just last week, my daughter was very sick and needed to be seen twice—both times, the team was attentive, thorough, and made sure she was on the right path to feeling better. Shelly is such a light to the front desk. Definitely impressed with my first visit & was paired with Dr. Nottingham for primary care and my newborn care. I look forward to having this be my primary office for my family & I, as I have high hopes.
I have been going to the same Dr and do not know why I waited so long to look for a new one. This practice was like a breath of fresh air. Loved it from making the appt all the way thru the check out. Everyone was so nice and positive NP Zach Nottingham was very personable and attentive. So glad I switched
Ever since Covid hit this practice seems to not care about their patients anymore. When call you get some tech calling you back telling you to take over-the-counter medication so, I just end up going to urgent care and getting taken care of. I’ve been going to Dr. Brophy since 1999 but now it seems like I need a new doctor who cares about me
