I never write reviews but I hope to save someone else from what I experienced. Arrived to first appointment and was told it had been rescheduled by the office (and no one had told me). They “worked me in.” The doctor used a recording device during my appt without asking for my consent. I had to *pay ahead* for each upcoming appointment (never seen that in my life). They got us in quickly, and were super patient with my nervous 12 year old. Teeth extractions were quick and painless for her, highly recommend!
