Drove over an hour from home for a consult. Was going to be 9 minutes late due to heavy traffic in prince frederick. Called and let them know i was 8 minutes away according to GPS. Put me on hold for a few minutes. Now only 4 minutes from the office. They got back on the line to tell me that I needed to reschedule because I was going to be 9 minutes late and the doctor wanted to leave for the day. I never write reviews but I hope to save someone else from what I experienced. Arrived to first appointment and was told it had been rescheduled by the office (and no one had told me). They “worked me in.” The doctor used a recording device during my appt without asking for my consent. I had to *pay ahead* for each upcoming appointment (never seen that in my life). My next appt was rescheduled by the office. When I finally got a cleaning the hygienist was good. Then I scheduled my next appt and was later told to reschedule. ... read more
