Excellent and professional service
I was at Mercato and stopped in since I had to get my ring cleaned. The associate was standoffish but took my ring to the back. While browsing to pass time, I heard the sink for less than a minute and she came back out and said it's clean. This experience did not match what I read online about going to get a ring cleaned. Also felt brushed off bc I don't look the part of their regular clientele. It felt like a waste of time overall
Every time I come into the store in Mercato, I receive top-notch service, and the sales staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Today, I purchased a simple gold chain, but we have bought several beautiful pieces, and they have serviced our jewelry even when it wasn’t purchased at Dunkin’s Diamonds. A special shout out to Megan for her assistance, today!
