Frequenting this Dunkin feels like a form of torture. There’s zero communication between window 1 and window 2, and it’s a miracle if you get what you ordered. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
Great service BUT please get a changing table installed in your bathrooms....having to change your kid covered in ice cream & donut outside in the heat in Texas is trash...
My mother in Law and I went in late on a Thursday night. I imagine they were nearing close. We had the most pleasant experience with your employee, Kacey. She was very kind, patient and professional. She allowed my MIL to taste several flavors (she has had extensive oral radiation due to oral cancer, and her taste buds have changed drastically.) in a world where so many people are angry and unkind, it was refreshing to meet someone who seemingly loved their job and met customers with positivity and kindness. Thank you Kacey
