Our experience was horrific. Lords and Ladies ordered $30 worth of coffee today to be delivered. It was delivered with items missing. We called back to question and the manager called us entitled white trash. Totally uncalled for. Needless to say that manager should be fired and Lords and Ladies will no longer give them our business.
Service with a smile would have been nice
This DD is head and shoulders above the one in Kutztown. Sandwiches always hot, coffee always ready and made right. No problems!
