I was wanting to get just small coffee 15 minutes before close, and they said their machines have already been off, so they would not make me a coffee. Although I was disappointed, they were nice about it, which I appreciate. Normally I do come in earlier to get what I need. There was only one other time where I came 15 minutes before close, and the customer service was still great, and they made me one small coffee. Unfortunately throughout the times that I have come here, I unfortunately do not think this location treats their employees very well and the quality of their products has gone down drastically since they first opened. Often when I come in I see the general manager sitting in their dining room and staring at his phone while only one or two highschool girls are working behind the counter and looking like they are doing all jobs. What can I say but it's Dunking Doughnuts. Doughnut, coffee, all a guy needs. Love it! Staff was polite and courteous. The drive-thru line moved fast. All in all a 5-star experience.
