I've been to this location several times, and let me tell you, you can tell the management of this location needs a complete overhaul. The customer service experience is very poor—no greeting when you walk in, extremely slow service, and employees who clearly don’t want to be there. Most of the negative reviews here are a direct reflection of improper management and disengaged employees. I didn't eat , I got just a Ice coffe but everything look fresh .
Would have given five stars, but at 8am the dining room was locked and the drive through took 15 minutes. By the time I got to the window another employee had arrived to help. I felt terrible for the girl who was working alone (I presume). I have zero complaints about her. She was kind, respectful, and worked as quickly as possible.

Absolutely terrible Service. Every employee is a trained and running around like a Chicken with its head cut off. Please train your new hires.
