customer service was not the greatest, ask us if we were planning to dine in, because they close in 15 minutes, so we needed to take it with us. gave me wrong donuts very careless. this review is only for the Tifton location. Most Dunkins are good.
Service is horrible the music is way too loud & obnoxious. The workers are extremely rude. Will not be back.
This is the strangest Dunkin/Baskin Robins location. The dining room was closed, 2 hours before closing, so we tried the drive through and ice cream choices weren't listed so we didn't even know how to order. This location isn't available on the website to order online so it makes it difficult to order anything. We left without ordering. Please post signs if the dining room is closed so people can see it without walking all the way to the door.
New place. Clean overall. Service was prompt and easy.
